Kevin Mauermann is the President of The Mauermann Group, a commercial real estate acquisition company based in the Greater Seattle Area. After over a decade of management and sales experience, Kevin has proven himself to be extremely skilled at dealing with sales in highly demanding and competitive industries, as well as managing a broad and diverse team of individuals.

As acting president of The Mauermann Group since 2012, Kevin handles a variety of responsibilities and uses his extensive knowledge and sales experience to maximize transactional opportunities. The Mauermann Group specializes in mid-market Class A distribution facilities and parking structures. 

As a business and sales professional, Kevin Mauermann’s overall experience spans over the course of two decades. After graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration, Kevin quickly found employment with Tacoma Electric Supply. As a newly graduated and highly passionate individual, he made quite a mark on this company. Using his educational background, he quickly became acclimated to the company and was promoted twice over the course of his time there. 

Experience

 

In his extensive experience with this company, Kevin managed four locations, oversaw the development of two additional locations, directed the company’s overall strategy and performance, responded directly to customer concerns and worked to solve them and achieved annual sales revenues over $12 million. His dedication and passion for the business is what prepared him to become a successful President of The Mauermann Group.

In addition to his career, Kevin Mauermann also volunteered as President of the Coalition for Nalley Valley Business Development from 2005-2010. In his time serving as President, he helped keep corporations informed on issues and political actions affecting the business community in Nalley Valley. 

Kevin’s extensive background in leadership, management and sales has formed him into a motivated business professional. His proven track record has shown him to be a man of excellent management ability and commendable sales potential.
